4. Products, Custom Orders & Pricing

Prices are quoted in US Dollars and may change in line with current gold and gemstone market values.
Custom and bespoke pieces are made to order. A quotation and, where applicable, a deposit are agreed before work begins.
Because each commission is unique, the design, stone selection, and timeline are confirmed with you in advance.
Gemstone information and assessments are provided in good faith for descriptive purposes and do not constitute investment advice.

5. Appointments

Consultations and visits are by appointment. We ask that you give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule so we can offer the time to other clients.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis.
