Very nice experience from sourcing the stone to finalizing the design of the ring, to the timely production and delivery. I wanted a round-shaped teal sapphire, which is quite rare to find with local Jewelers. Andrew helped source it very quickly, and at a very fair price. He was very helpful and supportive with the ring design. The final result was amazing! Also, the one-on-one customer experience is very nice; you get all the time needed to learn about your jewelry and reach the customized result that you want. He also generously shared a lot of knowledge on colored stones, which is a very wide and interesting world. Highly recommended.
