We want you to love your piece. The following policy explains how returns, exchanges, shipping, and repairs work.

1. 14-Day Returns & Exchanges

We offer a straightforward 14-day return and exchange policy on eligible pieces. The item must be returned in its original, perfect condition.

Custom manufacturing labor costs are non-refundable, as each commission is made specifically for you.
Returns and exchanges are calculated fairly based on current market values, and exclude day-to-day fluctuations in gold prices.
Proof of purchase is required.

2. Custom & Bespoke Pieces

Because bespoke pieces are designed and made uniquely for you, they are not eligible for standard return except in the case of a manufacturing defect. We’ll always work with you fairly to make things right.

3. Worldwide Insured Shipping

We ship worldwide, and every package is fully insured, so your jewelry is protected from our door to yours.

4. Repairs & Aftercare

To maintain the highest quality and care, our repair, cleaning, and polishing services are offered exclusively for jewelry originally made by our house.

5. Old Jewelry & Gold Exchange

If you have old jewelry or gold you no longer wear, we’re happy to evaluate it and buy it from you at fair, real-time market values.
