About
Andrew’s journey.
A path that began in business and operations — and ended, by deliberate choice, in gemstones.
Meet Andrew
The person behind every commission.
Andrew Hajjar is a certified gemologist — and the hands and the eye behind every piece the house creates. He works the way a private counsel does: one client at a time, every stone chosen in person, nothing rushed.
What sets him apart is a rare combination — the discipline of years in business and operations, formal training from the world’s leading gemological institutes, and the practical, hands-on knowledge that only comes from years at the workshop bench. He doesn’t just hand you a stone; he explains it, tests it in front of you, and designs the piece around your story.

His promise is simple: clarity over jargon, honesty over pressure, and a finished piece you understand completely.
The beginning
My background actually started in the business world. I studied Business Management at LAU and spent seven great years in our family’s glass trading and processing business. My brother and I even started a third company together, supplying complementary products for glass. It was hard, precise work, and it taught me everything about logistics, building trust with clients, and managing smooth operations.
By 2019, I knew it was time to follow what I was truly passionate about: gemstones. I started taking private lessons with a professional gemstone consultant and spent countless nights teaching myself diamond grading using the official GIA and HRD textbooks.
I didn’t want to just sit behind a desk, though. I wanted to understand how jewelry is actually built from scratch, so I spent three to four years working with my hands at a friend’s workshop from 2020 to 2023. This hands-on training taught me the real craft.
Getting certified
Passion, backed by the highest standards.
To make sure my passion was backed by the highest standards, I studied at the top gemstone institutes in the world.
2020 · BASEL
SSEF Institute, Switzerland
The basic gemology course and the advanced colored stones course at the world-renowned SSEF institute.
2022 · London
GIA Diamond Grading
The formal diamond grading course at GIA in London — a certification to give my clients absolute peace of mind.
“I made a promise to myself that I wouldn’t open my office or start marketing until I had 100% confidence in what I could provide. True luxury means having zero doubts.”
The sourcing and cutting revolution
Quality, controlled from the ground up.
In 2021, I focused entirely on sourcing, connecting directly with global networks to skip traditional brokers. I started with polished stones, then began buying rough stones and cutting them myself.
We started our cutting operations in India, and we are now moving the entire gemstone processing and precision cutting home to Lebanon. We control quality from the moment the stone leaves the ground until it is set in your jewelry.
